I did the same. I also had to prep and bag 6 dozen sweet corn for the freezer and still have to go plant my new heavy tamper proof mailbox.

It must be one of the procrastinating days going around. I wanted to do some make ahead meal prep but haven't gotten very far. Need to sweep, haven't done that either. I did make blueberry muffins this morning for the family, then I found out my granddaughter doesn't like blueberries. 
Will deliver some to my brother in-law but if I don't manage to get there today, I will freeze them so they don't get eaten. Ugh.... I should just get off my butt and make dinner early and deliver that to my brother in-law too. He just got out of rehab from a femur surgery.
