Diet Supplement to boost weight loss/metabolism

Have anyone hit a plateau or begin gaining weight even though you are eating the right foods and exercising faithfully? I started gaining when COVID hit and I have battled for 3 months to only loose 3.5 pounds. I returned to my Doc yesterday and am starting a 1 month diet supplement with followup. I am faithful to doing things right - but read that sometimes, calorie restriction/exercise can slow metabolism and cause weight stall and/or gain. Would appreciate anyone else experience with this. So scared of falling into yo-yo dieting again.

If you live in a house, try doing some outdoor projects. Anything from planting some flowers (prepare the soil first) to major landscaping work. Don't be in a hurry to get it all done, but pace yourself. It will increase your exercise and reduce the amount of food you eat.
If you live in an apartment, redecorating or deep cleaning a room at a time will also work.

The key is to get moving and focus on something other than food.

I think this is great. If you have some kind of project or something to get you to move around, even a little, try and break it down into small daily goals.

Hi, I live in a house. My oldest daughter & 2 grndkids moved in with me after her divorce. My grndson just turned 17 last month & my granddaughter is 11. I'm 1 yr out from my sleeve, & believe me, I do keep very busy. I'm constantly out in my backyard taking care of my yard, do indoor things, & stay active with my granddaughter. But, I have completely Stopped losing weight. I Don't eat what I'm Not supposed to, nor am drinking anything with sugar. I do my daily exercises in the morning before going out of my room. I do feel like my pouch has Stretched tho, & DON'T Want to go back to where I was before. There has been deaths in my family, & now, some family members have been stricken with the Covid-19 virus, here in el paso, & out of state. I find myself getting so sad over the loss of my oldest brother, & sometimes I just stay in my room & cry. I'm also Still losing so much hair, I've had to cut super short.
