Dizziness

The last 5 days I have been experiencing intermittent dizziness at varying times of the day. Brain fog. I have also been battling a stiff neck. Been to chiropractor three times including Friday. Neck is getting better with heat and ice packs, all day Friday and Saturday. Had serious dizzy spell Friday with muscle spasm med. only took one dose, didn’t take any more.
I am wondering if I may need to get lower dose of blood pressure meds. Will be calling primary in the am. Am I thinking too much?
Been weighing on home scale over the holiday down two pounds since last week. 9 pounds to onederland.

I had and still have experiences with dizziness sometimes. I’ve past out 3 times already 1 time at Disneyland of all places and had to go by ambulance to the hospital. I was dehydrated. Drink water all day is what I try to do now . If I go with out water I get really light headed.

No I don't think you are over thinking it. Better to act on the symptoms and be told it's nothing than to ignore them and wind up with a problem. Good luck, I hope it isn't anything to worry about but better to know. Please keep us updated. And congrats on being so close to Onderland!!!

No covid, never had any symptoms. But never checked either for indicators. Stayed very far away during most out breaks. Was very diligent on safety. Still wear mask even now. Would rather prevent than get sick. Chiropractor said the c4-c5 disc is bulging and pinching the nerve so that is the likely culprit for the brain fog. Dr wants me to acquire multiple blood pressure readings for a time. Triage nurse even asked about heart stuff. Mostly I am getting better but taking things cautiously

Annual check up on 26. Worst case scenario I will have to wait til then. Did get some sewing done today. Mending two pair of jeans, mended the under arm seams of my first Harley Davidson t shirt, sewed two face masks, and cut out a bunch of linings for other face masks. I also signed up for gym membership after son’s prodding. It is time to get in gear after hip surgery. He and his girl work out on Tuesday and Thursday 5:45 - 7 pm after work.

Take it easy in the beginning, especially if you’re still dizzy.

Dizziness has let up. My dr RN called to check on me today. I checked with my pharmacist re decreasing the blood pressure medicine.
I'm glad the dizziness has let up for you. Interesting that they decreased your BP medicine. My pcp was proactive with me, and after surgery, she immediately had me stop taking 2 of my bp meds, and cut the third one in half daily. So far so good. My bp is pretty close to normal. She was worried it would be too low as soon as the weight began dropping off, and I'm sure she's right. Hope you find that works for you too.
