Dry skin or Excema Anyone?

I had excema outbreaks off and on for years, but post-surgery the little red spotches are popping up on my forehead, eyelids, and neck. I can control it with my RX cream but it is definitely more stubborn now. Anyone else struggle with this? Dry skin is a symptom of dehydration, so I am definitely watching my fluids like a hawk. I just hate that it is in such a visible location now.

I am a little over 3 years post surgery. Have you ever been check for autoimmune issues? I recently went to the doc to get a referral to be assessed for RA. Blood work came back as a autoimmune issue and what they are leaning towards is Scleroderma aka crest syndrome. I have always had severe dry skin which is a symptom.
