Everything tastes different

My name is Julie (Javeria). I'm 3 weeks post op Duodenal switch and cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal). The first that happened is I lost all tolerance for sweet. I just can't stomach drinking crystal light or clear protein isolate. Even when diluted to the point there's nearly no taste.

And other foods I loved now taste different. And not tasting good at all. I feel nauseous when I'm hungry and feeling nauseous when I eat.

I take that anti-nausea medicine which helps with the nausea but foods still don't taste good.
