It is so nice to have a treadmill at home, put it in a room with air-conditioning, your going to need it. P.s. don't use it as a coat rack
 
I'm glad you got the meds to help you get through the MRI and that they worked. I will excuse you for eating the licorice. You were under a lot of stress. Sorry it made you sick though. Now the nasty wait for an answer. Praying it is quick and good news.

Lol. I had a recumbent bike that I ended up using as a clothing holder. I swear I won't do that with this treadmill. Can't wait to see the dogs reaction to it. Especially the puppy's. Luckily, our whole house has a/c. Have to have it that way in the South. Didn't exercise yesterday. Very bad migraine day. Making another decrease in my med. Since I didn't go, hubby has promised to walk with me today if the weather holds out.
 
Only made it 10 minutes of walking today. Migraines have increased again. Today was first day of another reduction in medicine. Hopefully by Tuesday I will see an effect. If not, I have a plan in place with my doctor to slowly continue to decrease it while adding in another med. Bad thing is that new med caused me to gain 100# when I was on it before.
 
You have the tools not to gain this time, so you don't have to worry about that, I do hope those headaches go away. I did get the results online but not sure what it all means, have to make appointment with Dr so he can explain it to me, I did have others read it too, but can't even pronounce half of the word lol, it does look like I have some sort of cyst, but I dont think it is that bad, so not sure what is causing my problems, I do hope it gets figured out soon though

I am so glad you were able to get the results so fast. I have a cyst. When mine was found I was told that they are very common. If you have any further MRIs, they will probably measure it to make sure it hasn't grown. Mine was found in 1995 and has remained the same size. I do hope everything is of no importance. Keeping my fingers crossed.
 
Walked 10 minutes this morning with hubby and the puppy. Found I'm at the top of my game first thing in the morning. Unfortunately my treadmill doesn't get here until the 14th. We are supposed to have straight rain for at least the next 8 days! My yard will appreciate it, but makes walking a little uncomfortable. Maybe I'll open up my music on my phone and dance around the house. We shall see.

Walked another 10 minutes. Neurologist put me on a blood pressure med to try to combat these migraines. It isn't helping and I think it is knocking my blood pressure too low as I am having extreme dizziness. Exactly what happens whenever my blood pressure drops. Not going to let it get me down though. Going off the med though.

Wow, you are doing great considering what you are going through, I walked about 28 minutes this morning and a half hour after work today, I also called the Dr, to set up appt for our next step, they set me up with an appointment for tomorrow, but then someone from the Dr called and said the Dr wants me to go see a nurologist so I cancelled my appt with him and now I'm waiting for a call from them, the nurse who called said the cyst is nothing to worry about, I'm hoping they can figure out what is wrong with me and fix it, I go on vacation on the 20th I was hoping they would fix me before that, not looking forward to getting on airplane with ears blocked and my voice not always working right, ugh, but glad they didn't find anything scary up there

I'm glad your Dr isn't wasting time seeing you and is having you go right to a neurologist. I hope they can get you in before you go on vacation. Awesome news about the cyst. From what I've been told, you were probably born with it. When do I come and hide in your suitcase for our vacation? ;) How long will you be gone? I walked 20 minutes yesterday with the pup. Just had to get out of the house. My treadmill is supposed to be here Fri instead of Mon. Hope hubby can get it put together before we leave for our anniversary staycation on Sat.
 
I'm probably going to be flying over your state so as I do just jump up and grab on lol we will be leaving on Monday Aug 21 and returning on the following Tuesday so a little over a week, so how long have you been married, me and Gary's anniversary is on the 27 of August, 29 years woohoo, that's one of the reasons we are staying a couple of extra days , we we're supposed to be coming back that day

I'll buy myself some high strength magnets to grab on to the plane. That will be a nice get away for you. 29 years! Congrats! We are 21 years. Do you have any kids? We have one almost 17 year old daughter. Two more years and we get empty nest. Woo hoo!!!

Good job Douglas. Sounds like Duke is getting a good workout on his little legs. How old is Duke? My walking companion is my daughter's Husky, Luna, who is 19 weeks old. A 30# bundle of energy.
