Finally going to the doc

I am finally forcing myself to go to the doc tomorrow. I have scheduled and rescheduled this appointment 3 times due to fear of what they may tell me. I never had a 1 year appointment, all things looked good at 6 mo ths including the 15 tubes of blood they took.

Something is "off" health wise. I just don't feel well the majority of the time. I'm mostly always freezing but if I am not I'm clamy nauseous/light headed. I have never thrown up and it does not correlate with a migraine. My cycle pretty much hasn't stopped in the last 6 months and it's all over the place. If I am lucky I may get a week break here and there. I shouldn't be dehydrated as most days I am drinking 80oz of water. I stopped working out for now as I would get too lightheaded and off kilter in the process. I get so cold my body aches. My sleep is either- wide awake to long or crashed exhausted.

Today I had my heater on in my office all morning then later in the day I flipped to clamy, nausea/light headed and hazy vision. I did have a mild headache and struggled with increased sensitivity to smell today. I ended up Cancelling my last work appointment. Came home and went to bead. I was pretty checked out on my drive home.

I can't tell if it's a blood sugar thing, blood pressure, menopause or something else more.

I have had these spells in the past much less frequent then now and it was chalked up to my low blood pressure but this feels different.

I get low blood sugar quite frequently now, it was at 50 yesterday when I was at work. I’m trying to adjust my diet and I bought some glucose tablets. I’m always tired too, and I wear a jacket every day at work, and I live in Florida!

I wonder if this is just the new normal?

good luck, let us know how you get on.

She seemed to brush off my concern about the temperature, light headed and dizziness.

My blood pressure was 98 over 66 today. We talked through all possibilities as far as the cycle goes. She asked where I am at with having kids and I told her I was most likely done but I wasn't going to do anything that made it final. So we decided for now to take the birth control out and see if it regulates in the next couple of months. If not then I have to go back for an ultrasound and determine ablation/dnc or complete removal.

Also did some blood work to check hemoglibin, thyroid and something else.
