Finally! Surgery completed!

Hello,

I'm George, I'm 67 and live in Shenandoah Valley, Virginia. I began the process to pursue bariatric surgery in late 2019. Of course, COVID delays put off all elective surgeries for 2020 into 2021. After all the delays, I had my gastric bypass procedure on August 19th. Looking forward to the changes and results.

Hi George, welcome to the group and congrats on your surgery!! I hope you are doing well.

Best advice I can give is not to rush the process while your stomach is healing. Go easy on it. They have progressive eating stages for a reason and although it can be tempting to rush into the next stage, it is better not to.
