First small weight gain

Today 6/4/26, I had my first weight gain since Surgery. I am in the Puree phase. I follow my doctors instructions to the tee. I put 2 lbs from yesterday. 265.3 to 267.2. I am not to concerned by this. I was very inactive yesterday. So what little I did eat. I didnt really burn off. A simple 1/4 mile walk does the trick. I am posting this to let anyone who had this happen to not panic. This has been my weight loss journey since I started a year ago. Just keep aware and stay disciplined. I understand it's not easy, but we have all gone this far. Let's keep up the hard work.
