That's a tough one and I need to do the same *LOL* Years ago when I was in Weight Watchers the group leader said to do arm curls with 1 or 2 pound weights. Palms facing up, bend at the elbow, repeat. I was doing this twice a day just for giggles a couple of years ago. I worked myself up to 50 reps twice a day. I remember getting more strength in my arms and even had some muscle definition but the "bat wings" didn't improve much. Just guessing but perhaps swimming laps would help since all muscle groups are being used.
 
I think the only way is surgical repair. I have chosen just to over up my arms with shirts and blouses. no more seeless for me. check with your surgeon. I noticed after I lost 120 lbs that it was't so bad,now that I haveregained 50 lbs it is a problem and just looks bad when I'm naked. I am working to lose that weight . I had a car wreck in 2008 and that was when the weight started to come back but I am back on track and hae only 40 lbs to reach my goal weight. do not get discouraged, it isnotuncommon to end up with batwings, goat teets,and apron flab. patti
