Food cravings

It takes a while for your hunger/satisfaction hormones to regulate. Also, many of our cravings are mental. Your body will stop craving sugars etc after a period of time without them.

I liken it to quitting smoking. When you first quit, you crave them pretty much All. The. Time. Then it levels off. Even now, years later, I have weird, random cravings for a cig, but its very rarely and passes quickly.

So, just hang in there.
 
Yea cravings are normal. If you eat too much you will feel uncomfortable, that should be a good motivation not to crave. You need to relearn your relationship with food that takes time , but if you don’t relearn you will gain the weight back.
