For Those of Us Struggling Right Now.

I am seeing that a lot of us are in the "struggling" stage right now. Maybe you're gaining. Maybe it's just harder to lose. Harder to eat the right things. Just harder overall. Me too. I'd like to start a thread for those of us who have been at it a while and are struggling. I'd like for us to come here and post a commitment to a positive behavior for the week. And share the successes and struggles of the previous week. It's never going to be all sunshine and roses, but I do better when I feel accountable to myself and others. I'm 7 months out now, so the doctor and nutritional appointments are few and far between. That's why support groups are so important. I'm going to start a post each week with the things I mentioned. I hope those of you posting about your struggles will join in. We can succeed as long as we don't just give up. Also, let's keep it judgement free. Anyone who ate a gallon of ice cream knows that they should not have done it and does not need negative nancy pointing it out. (No, I did not eat a gallon of ice cream lol)

Sounds like a great plan. Today I went to bicycle shop to discuss adding battery power to my bicycle. Just not young like I was before and was able to ride 10 miles plus. Got some great feedback and things to look into.

The weather here is finally nice enough to be out in, so I got over 10,000 steps in for the first time since surgery!! I still struggle getting my water in, but I’m working up to it.

Ok here is my struggle .... if I get my 64oz of fluid in for the day then I am up all night peeing. I’m talking 9 times a night. This has really effected my sleep. I have tried to stop drinking by 6pm and it still happens if I drink 36 ounces I can sleep through the night it’s absolutely crazy I feel like I’m damned if I do and damned if I don’t

I usually get up at least twice sometimes 3 times to use the bathroom but I can't imagine 9 times! I fall back to sleep pretty easily so its not such a biggie for me. But honestly I like when I pee a lot because I figure I am losing weight. :)
