Getting protein/water in

I had gastric sleeve three days ago and so far everything is going well except I have no appetite at all and am really struggling to get enough protein and water in me. Is this normal for the first few days out? Any suggestions?

Sounds normal to me! You need to give yourself time to heal and then it will get easier. Good luck to you and keep us informed.

 

I am also struggling with this issue. I am barely getting my water and protein in but I am. Right now I am suffering from lightheadness and lack of energy. I am 5 days post op. Is this normal?
