I have to admit. Ever since being in the Army and stationed in Germany, I have had a weakness for Haribo and Black Forest Gummi bears. Albanese came along recently and really made a good gummy candy as well. Nearly 3 months out of surgery and it's pretty clear to me to avoid the sucrose, fructose of regular sugar unless I want to clean out the colon. Haribo made a great tasting sugar free gummy bear, but would leave you with a horrible case of not leaving the toilet until you ripped out your insides as it was like the most horrible laxatives' one could give their worst enemy. Seems everything I'm finding sugar free has similar results reading the reviews or simply taste horrible. My question is has anyone found some normalish tasting gummies that does not have adverse reaction of turning ones rear into a howitzer?
