Hello! New to the group and 5 months post gastic bypass. Minus 78 pounds and loving life. Feel super. My issue is the gurgling bowel sounds constantly. Sometimes very embarrassing. Just deal with it or does anything help?
Elwhite-It could be trapped gas moving around. Try GasEx or a generic brand. It should slow down considerably in time. Another thing you could try is to track what you eat to see if certain foods make it happen then try to avoid those foods.
Thank you! Using the Gas-X so I guess I will just wait it out! I try not to eat gassy foods, but doesn't really seem to matter what I have. May try Bean-o before every meal~
