Just wondered from all who have had any bariatric surgery if you experienced hair loss and how much..? Which of the supplemental vitamins/minerals is suppose to help guard against that? Aging at 50(or my 18th birthday for the 32nd time), I loose some already in the shower and it worries me.

I hear you Diane. See my Doctor tomorrow. I will ask him to see if he has a answer. My hair is fine but I have a lot of it thankfully.

I asked my hairdresser too and she said she sees hairloss after all types of trauma. Not in everyone though and it does come back.

I loss hair but my weight and my health was my primary focus. So I just cut my hair short I get up every morning brush my short hair. I am so thankful because I remember when I would wake up constantly in pain,taking a lot of meds,couldn't hardly walk, hating myself and life!! There are places for hair loss replacement. I hope you find what you need but you are not alone!!!
