WLS friends, I hope you are all doing well as this year comes to an end.
January will mark 18 months post-op and about two years since I joined the forum. I'm incredibly grateful for this group of beautiful people. All the experiences and individual perspectives have certainly helped me stay focused on my mission to continue my healthy lifestyle after surgery.
I hope you and the special people in your lives have a great end of the year and a happy new year. No matter if you are pre-surgery or post-surgery, remember that you've made a solid decision to go through this journey. It isn't easy, but it is an opportunity to grow and learn more about yourself along the way. You all deserve great success, and I wish you all the very best.
