I have been stuck at 197 for 1 week I'm doing everything right. I could do a little more protein. I'm not upset just wondering what else to do and I even added 35 minute walks. Maybe it's muscle!!!! Lol would love that!
Lots of posts on here about early plateaus. Sorry to welcome you to the club. However, 197 is fantabulous!! Just keep doing the right things. You'll start losing again. Be patient with yourself.
I'm right there with you, girl. Surgery on 7/23, and I dropped 10 pounds the first week. 3 weeks later, and I'm down 15 pounds since surgery (that'sonlyb5 pounds in 2 weeks). I know I'm not getting enough water or protein, though, so I don't have room to wonder too much.
I just wake up every day thankful that I stopped my UPWARD trend. We will get there; it's still early in the game!
