Heart attack meds and sleeved

1 yr out from gastric sleeve . And just had mild heart attack that needed 2 stents .
now having to take brilinta and aspirin .yet we are told no nsaids .
surgeon had told me to comeback after year to change to gastric bypass as he couldn’t do it originally.
which way would be best having to take the pills . Getting relflux since on pills

That's definitely a doctor/surgeon question. Sooner rather than later. I have reflux - things you eat and/or drink can make it worse. I truly encourage you to consult your doctor/surgeon for the right answer to this question.
