hi all i am new to this i had the lapband on the 29th of feb i haven't had much trouble but with breads or if i get in a hurry but it should get better with time
Hi Dusty, Welcome to the forum, It takes time to get used to eating slow and chewing things up very well, you will get the hang of it, I had the RnY and white bread, all pastas and real sweet foods make me ill. Have you got your band adjusted to where it needs to be, you are doing really good with the weight loss almost 10 lbs in 2 weeks, thats great. Keep up the good work. Tom
Hi Dusty and welcome to the forum. It looks like you're off to a real good start with your weight loss. Keep up the good work. I had an RNY on 2/27/12 and occasionally take too big of a sip or bite of something. I don't know how it is with a lap band but with an RNY my pouch gives me a rude reminder when I do this *LOL*

I will receive my first fill as they call it for my lapband on the 29th of this month all is going good so far with this new part of my life i am trying to get past the bread issue i did eat a biscuit today with no problem so maybe is just me eating the other to fast i am learning to slow down because i know once that fill in that band its going to be harder to eat things but adjusting well so far.
