Hello i'm new but everything is on hold.

So i have finally decided i need more help to lose weight and a pandemic hits. I have spoken to the surgeon twice over the phone, we still have not seen each other face to face. Currently i am working on my check list of doctor and services to call and set up appointments. Starting the diet seems so hard, my mind has it's own ideas
 
And keep in mind, you don't have to change every thing at once. Take it a week or two at a time. I started by cutting out caffeine, then two weeks later, I adjusted my breakfast so it was healthier. Then I added a daily fruit to my diet, added a veggie w/my lunch, made my whole lunch healthier, switched from regular pasta and breads to whole wheat. I switched condiments from regular to sugar free. Take it one step at a time and make each change a habit. Once you have your new habit down, move on to the next. It won't seem as overwhelming when you focus on one behavior instead of all of them at once.
