Help with dad

My dad had lap band placed 10 years ago. He has had it tightenened tp max. He looks like a Amityville POW. He stoll chokes pn food always has. He's 83 now in poor healt. We need to have the lap band loosened do tp choking on his food. Can't fond anyone to do it. He jas dementia does not remember except had it done in New Jersey none of his doctors will do it. Any suggestions?

When you say none of his doctors will do it, I take it those are doctors that are not bariatric specialists? I would try any bariatric center that is near him and ask if they can do it or if they know who can.
