Hello,
I agree with both individuals on their suggestions. Try going back to the original diet. Create a journal of the foods you eat and what time you are eating them. If you have a scale or tupper ware that you can have things measure out in, write the amount of foods down also. That way you and your doctor can see what you are consuming, and at what rate and where to make changes. Stress causes us to eat, I mean that's just how stress is. For me, it's chocolate candies. When I start buying those, I am like..okay, whats going on.
Also, take a look at your workouts. What are you doing for working out, write down your workouts, what you do and the length. If you see that things are pretty the same, change things up. Go swimming, or do Zumba or a spinning class just to change things up.
Are you taking any supplements? Feeling tired? Have you had any blood work done recently? I noticed when I stall out, it's because my Iron is low, or my workouts aren't doing anything for me anymore, or I am snacking too much.
Or even that, I work all day so I don't eat as much, but when I come home I eat the whole fridge. So, it's all sorts of things. I would just make note of things and then sit down with the doc to see what is going on. It could be that you need a little bit of a fill. Not much, just a bit.
Hope you get things worked out.
Blessings,
Debbie
