Tami-Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your weight loss!!! I'm just starting out since I had my RNY less than 2 months ago. I still have a hard time imagining that I will be able to lose enough weight to reach my goal even though I see it's possible through this forum. I see you are from S.C. I used to travel to that area often for work to the Greenville / Duncan areas. Are you anywhere near there?
Hi Tami, Welcome. Congratulations on your weight loss. The good thing about WLS is that you have had it and the tool is still there, time to break out the protien powder, food scale and a daily food log and make sure you take at least 30 minutes a day 4 to 5 days a week for some exercise. If you have meal pland that you had used post surgery that would be a great help for you to start working on potion size and protien/calorie intake, it woul also be a good idea to make an appointment with a diatician that specializes in bariatric patients. Also google the five day pouch test, that is a program to help us get back on track. Good luck and make sure to let us know how you are doing. Tom
