Hi , I’m new & need support

Hi , surgery was 4/16/19 . A nightmare . Total nausea for days after . Had an obstruction so surgery #2 . Started all over . I’m so weak and tired . Starting Lbs 250 now 196 . But who cares .... I’m dying , I just can’t get the shakes down or the walking . So basically not enough protein , I think ... the smells , the tastes r so heightened & get old fast . The YouTube videos r pretty correct , 10 things to know b4 .. wish I had watched b4 the facts . #1: Guilt !
#2: 2 yrs b4 u actually feel Normal Again !
Ugggh and my stomach is Always Turning !
It never Stops ! Bad thing is it feels like Pain & now a ‘ days we r so lucky we get just
* Tylenol , no Vicodin or Percocet so be Prepared ! My poor loved ones , r responsible w/ helping me and my poor Fur Babies suffer some too. I’m 46 , and did this for my mental health , for my kids and for my horses / ranch . I pray the pain will someday go away soon . And can’t wait to feel somewhat normal again . And Thank You to my husband for being 100% supportive , making my food / shakes and feeding all the animals , I couldn’t have gotten this far w/out him .

Hi Nik- Has your doctor given you anything for nausea? What type of surgery did you have?
 
It sounds like you have been through a lot. There are adjustments, but it should not take 2 years to get back to normal. I am 7 weeks and about 85-90% fine. If you call the old me 100%.. I hope your recovery speeds up! Good luck !
 
I sorry you are having a hard time but that will pass sooner or later. And then you will start to feel better then new. You will have what you have been wanting.
 
Hello..I hope you feel better and bless your husband! I have had luck with a drug Zofran. I demand to be given to before surgery. Spoke with a anesthesia doc and it comes in pill and patches ( behind ear?). that might work for you. Feel better soon!
