Hello,
I’m slated for gastric sleeve surgery the 13th. My surgery team has not prepared me past a few poorly written phased eating chart and several brands of protein drink. Can people please share good books/guides they’ve read in preparation?

There is lots of great info here if you peruse the site or use the search tool and there is a resource section too. One of our members, "3momchaos", was given one of the best guides I have seen and it has been posted in this group. Maybe she could post it again.
