Just got my surgery date for gastric bypass on 12/20/21 I am super excited, just nervous about the pre op diet that I start on 11/30/21. I have read so many useful tips and suggestions and glad to be a member of this forum!

Hello and welcome. I am glad that you've found our group helpful. It's really nice to have a support group that doesn't meet at certain times, in person or whatever. My program has just started in person support groups again but I'm like "Nah. My group is the best and available 24/7!" lol

Welcome! I just went through the pre-op diet. Sugar free jello and popsicles and knorr chicken broth got me through it!

I agree with you Missy, I no longer care to go back to in person!

Had gastric sleeve 5/18/21 would do anything to help.
