I am 7 months post-op from a gastric sleeve and hernia repair. I have lost 80 pounds from 230lbs to 150lbs here is the issue I have syncope, lower extremity weakness, and orthostatic hypotension and head aches. I eat anywhere from 750 to 1000 calories a day. Am I having side effects of not eating enough? Or maybe it's something else.

I'd say you need to contact your doctor and dietician. It seems like 750-1000 calories a day would be less than expected after 7 months. You didn't mention of 150 was your goal weight or not, but at some point, you do have to increase calories to a maintenance level and not a deficit level.

With all that you are experiencing, you need some medical and nutrition advice from some professionals though.
