I'm tired of this clear liquid already and nothing taste good and it all makes me stomach cramp. I don't regret the surgery but these cramps and cravings are no joke

The clear liquid phase following surgery can be difficult, so you're not alone! As your stomach recovers, cramps and cravings are very typical. To find what works best, try taking tiny sips, drinking plenty of water, and switching between clear liquids (broth, sugar-free drinks, diluted juice). As you get to the next phase, it does become simpler!
