Hi all. I am new here. I am 59 years old and generally healthy except for weight issue and a very large hernia. My highest weight was 320 this time last year. Today I weghed in at 270. My surgeon told me I had to lose 120 lbs to be eligible for the hernia repair and abdominal reconstruction.....so here I am. I had the ESG esophageal gastric sleeve March 13. Almost 4 weeks out now. I have lost 34 pounds (including 10 pre-op).
The biggest problems I am facing are low energy and nausea. It is
hard walking because I get so tired!
My one month f/u with gastro is Monday.
