Hi! I'm Linda from KC Missouri. I'm 56 years old. My RNY surgery is this coming Monday! I have been SO excited. I started the liquid protein diet last Friday and have lost 10 pounds My friends and family have been so supportive-my hubby even did the protein diet with me for a few days.
