Is it possible to not have malabsorption?

Im 4 years post RnY. My vitamin B12, D. Calcium and Folate levels are way off the high end . I havent even been taking vitamins for a couple of months because something in my mind told me not to...
Now this bloodwork....How??

Is your doctor concerned, are they too high? I've never heard of such a thing.
