Malabsorption is a big deal for me. I had complete RNY 2001 I was 356 now 109. My surgeon instructed me to take 6 flinstone chewables every day and I should have. They were right when they told me to eat 6 mini meals a day. I do try to put high iron snacks in my body all the time. Listen to your doctor

Will you be getting that surgery soon or are you just exploring your options? I'm hoping to have the sleeve bariatric surgery or a different gastric surgery this summer. My surgeon and I will hopefully decide tomorrow at my appointment.

I have good days and I really appreciate them because when I am ill and tired it takes me several days to get better

Me too. I still battle eating I was busy in house all day yesterday. Looked at the clock said 4:30 pm and I hadn't eat a bite.
