Mine was in Jonesboro.

Hi I had my weight loss surgery in Jonesboro but I will try and answer any question you may have. I had the Lap Band in 2009. I also speak at some of the seminars my Dr. has had. So if there is anything you need to ask just ask away.

Donna-Just a suggestion, sometimes a doctor or surgeon will put you in touch with someone who has used their services. Try calling your surgeon's office and ask them if they will do this for you. My PCP put me in touch with one of her patients who had WLS. She called the patient and the patient agreed to communicate with me through email.

I had my surgery at Barnes Jewish this past December 6. I am almost 11 weeks post op. I will help you if I can.

I had gastric bypass in 4/24 with Dr. Eagon at Barnes West County and could not have been happier. I walked out of the hospital less than 24 hours later. I started my journey at 336lbs. Weighed in at 272lbs on the day of surgery and have maintained at 150lbs for over 1.5 years now. The support I have received from the team has been amazing. Not to say there has not been a few hiccups along the way, but nothing surgical related. I brought my own baggage to the table. I would definitely recommend Dr. Eagon and his team and DEFINITELY West County.
