Hello everyone. I'm 67 years old, have fought the infamous "Battle of the Bulge" for as long as I can remember and had a gastric bypass just 2 weeks ago, on the 13th of January. I am (roughly) 5 ft 5 inches tall, weighed anywhere between 360 and 380 (that fluctuations were mostly due to extreme differences between the scales in the various doctors offices) and my weight was (is) killing me. I'm still hurting from surgery, don't really seem to want anything like real food but I keep getting passing cravings (mashed potatoes and gravy, anyone?). Would love to hear what is normal, what isn't, and any recommendations for safe snacking
