I'm new too... only 1 month post op. I am looking for new things to eat so I won't be bored. I think boredom with the recipes is one way we slip back into foods we know we love. I'm keeping anything I can't resist OUT OF THE HOUSE. I replaced ALL condiments (mayo, bbq sauce, salt substitute) with bariatric friendly choices. I also use Almond milk in my protein shakes. GOOD LUCK and get back on track by making it exciting and remembering your goal.Hi,l am new too like u l am struggling ,l just was weighed and gained,I am terrified l will go back.l need to walk but feel too lazy.Husband trys, but it feels like he is just watching and picking.help![]()
