Just saying hello

I am a year out after my sleeve. I'm 118 lbs down. I have 100 lbs to go to reach my goal weight. I am inspired to do this, I can lose it. I've already achieved half of my goal, which proves to me I can get this done!!

Congratulations, that is a great accomplishment! You already passed 2 large scale milestones; dropping below both 400 and 300lbs. I took photos of the numbers on the scale when I dropped below 300 and 200lbs. Granted I didn't send the photos to anyone, but I still have them and remember how happy and excited I was as I passed each one!
