Oh yes!!! Between 2:30 and 3:30am for sure. I found a natural solution. Pickle juice. My Wal-Mart sells little shot size plastic bottles of it that store unrefridgerated so I can keep them handy. When I drink one it usually helps them go away in 5 minutes.Is anyone experiencing leg cramps at night? I get horrible leg cramps in my shins every night around 03:30 that wake me up and the only relief I get is by walking around a bit. Other than that I sleep like a log. I am even able to sleep on my back now.

Thanks for the advice but if I walk around for a few minutes they go away also. part of what may be causing them may be sleeping better and therefore holding the same position for such a long period of time.Oh yes!!!
