Liver issues

So I had my gastric sleeve 5/17/21. Did really well, I thought. 3 month check up down 50 lbs from original weight. Doc not overly impressed, but I was trying. At the 3 month visit he said vitamin levels all looked good, but liver enzymes were up so wanted to send me to a specialist. I finally got in, he was also concerned over basic liver tests so ordered a TON of blood work and Ultrasound. Found out last week new blood work even more concerning. So Tuesday last week did urgent ultrasound and MRI. Saw doc Friday. He said my liver and spleen are both enlarged and my liver is leaking high amounts of enzymes into my blood only done when liver is damaged. (Now, I do have some family history of liver issues, but I never have). Now...I am waiting for my liver biopsy to be scheduled to attempt to find out what is going on.

Anyone else have sudden liver issues post op?

I've never heard of this before either, so sorry you are going through it. Sending you prayers for good health and hope that whatever this is that it is easily treatable. Please let us know how the biopsy goes. Good luck.
