Losing the weight

When you control your calories, I stayed to 800/day. Then I got regular scale downward movement, I always wanted to stay in that "losing" mode, once you bounce out you gotta get back in the groove pretty quick or it's a drag of a stall.
Of course protein and water help but 800 calories is not much food, but I wasn't hungry, still not hungry post op 9 1/2 month.

I was wondering when I would start getting hungry again. I'm not nauseous at all, thank goodness, but I have no appetite at all. I would love to go 9+ months not feeling hungry so I won't have to struggle with eating or wanting to eat too much at times.

It’s weird, I started out feeling sick thinking about food fir the first two weeks and then after I got hydrated at the ER on week 3 all my hunger emotions came back. Then at week 4 1/2 I lost it and now at 6 weeks post op it’s starting to come back but slowly. I’m losing between 2- 4 1/2 lbs a week on average. But the first couple weeks after surgery you lose a lot more cause of all the water weight.

I am 3 months out next week. I still do not have hunger. but I do have hunger in my mind. I have been able to still not eat the bad stuff I so do not want the dumping that I think about what could happen and that makes things not so sound as good to my mind. Good luck the mind is the hard part at least for me. I have to talk my self into talking my walks each day. But when I am done I feel so good and am happy I went.

Not everybody has rapid weight loss, loss is also impacted by starting weight. I lost all my weight by month 6th. The lowest I got was 1 week at 162 but pretty consistently bounce between 165-170. First month I lost 14 pounds but after that it was 4-8 pounds a month.
