Any support groups in the Lower Rio Grand Valley? Do groups accept those of us who are pre-op?

They should. In my area they actually had three separate groups before Covid. One was a general group for anyone, one specifically for pre-op, and one specifically for post-op. So if yours doesn't specify it should be for all.
