M&M

Hello everyone. I had sleeve surgery in February of this year. Lost 55 pounds and now have gained 20 back. I need help, I don't want to gain all my weight back. I am really depressed about this. Please help me!
This virus and quarantine has definitely taken a toll on the weight of the whole country. You are not alone. Please call your doctor and nutritionist ASAP. You need to review your diet and you could be physically hurting yourself by eating to the point of that kind of gain. You need medical intervention yesterday. You also should look into some psychological help. At the beginning of this "lockdown" I called my doctor and she increased my anti-anxiety meds. I know myself and would find myself going to the fridge all day when I felt that pang of fear. Please call your doctors and keep us posted so we can support you with their plans.

That is terrifying! This is my fear.

Get up, get moving! Exercise is a very powerful anti-depressant, and it is one healthy choice you can make every day which then makes it easier to make other healthy choices like food selection, not snacking, drinking plenty of water, etc. Better yet, reach out to somebody to be a workout buddy so you can motivate each other and (most importantly) hold each other accountable for getting in your daily exercise.

And absolutely get ahold of your doctor ASAP.
You can do this. You've got to force yourself to create good habits before they become actual habits.
