March Challenge

Just checking in as I'm no longer doing so daily, but I am proud to say that the last 5 days I have been doing great. Keeping my eating disorder in check. Need to step up on the exercise but overall getting in a little bit. :)

That's terrific, Judy, that you have had five successful days! So glad you checked in.
 
Day 11 and 12

I haven't posted because I've been really sick. It started last night -- diarrhea (TMI sorry), headache, chills, body aches, nausea.

I am finally feeling human again, so I will return to tracking tomorrow.
 
So sorry you've been sick Kay. Always best to just take care of yourself the best you can while you are sick. Hope you are feeling much better today!

Day 19

I didn't track yesterday. My son got married, and I didn't want to worry about calories at the reception. It was a glorious, emotional day!

Congratulations Kay! I'm glad to hear it was a wonderful day, best of luck to the newlyweds!

Well, I'm back to tracking after the few days I spent overeating. Today's calorie consumption is also higher than it should be.

I will do better tomorrow even though I dread weighing in in the morning.

I ate too much last night and stopped tracking. Although I am angry with myself, I am bound and determined to do better today. I can see the 170s peeking over the horizon.

Well, I am back after completely blowing my eating plan last week. I went over my calories today but not too much.

On another note, I have had the worst constipation (TMI, I know) lately. I ordered both Benefiber and prunes; both items should be here Wednesday. For now, I'm off to swallow some Miralax.

Kay, I gain very quickly when I go off track. It can be heartbreaking but better to give yourself grace and move on to getting back on track. Not too long ago I got stuck in the negative thinking that I've blown it. That only led to more poor eating choices. Keep that positive outlook and just move on. Sometimes the additional weight gain is water gain from salty foods too, so don't worry to much and just get back on your healthy eating. You've got this!
