Just got the word that my kids, b/g 9 yo twins and 11 yo son, will be off school until April 3rd. I’ve stopped drinking alcohol, but I might need to start again LOL I think my blood pressure will be a little high when I meet my surgeon on the 26th

I know, crazy! My sister got the news that they closed the kid's school until April 20th!!!

Same here - My oldest is home from NYC because he works for Julliard, and they shut down for the balance of the semester, my middle is annoyed because he is 19 and just wants to go hang with friends and go clubbing, and baby girl is 1st grade and we are now homeschooling with the teacher's lesson plans until they return maybe in April... All this while I already work full time from home, and now hubby is also working full time from home (different hours) until at least the end of the month.

I’m fortunate enough to be a stay at home mom already. Our schools were shut down with such short notice that they haven’t provided information for distance learning. The schools will re-evaluate the situation on April 3rd. I feel bad for my kids right now. All their activists have been cancelled, they can’t see their friends, and all the places we would usually go are closing. I know that all the closures and cancels are for the greater good, this will be quite an interesting time!
