HELLO EVERYONE! I AM DEALING WITH REGAIN. I AM STARTING THIS THREAD FOR MYSELF AND OTHERS TO PRACTICE HEALTHY HABITS. I AM 5 1/2 YEARS POST OP. I HAVE A CRUISE SEPT OF NEXT YEAR AND WOULD LIKE TO GET TO MY LOWEST WEIGHT FOR IT. THOSE THAT HAVE REGAIN OR JUST WANT TO PRACTICE HEALTHY HABITS-PLEASE JOIN ME

THIS MONTH MY GOAL IS TO DO 45 MINUTES OF EXERCISE DAILY , EAT 900-1300 CALORES, DRINK MY WATER, TAKE MY VITAMINS, AND PROTEIN FIRST.
 
This is a good idea for me too. For me exercise 30 minutes daily, protein and vitamins. Water, and I need to write down my food and I have a goal right now of 10 pounds by December 31st. With a bigger goal of 25 pounds by my 50th birthday on June 1st.
