Mouth Hunger

I hope someone has a suggestion because I still struggle with this also. Mainly in the evening when I'm watching TV. I've tried sugar free candies and they help but it's temporary. Also tried diversionary tactics like sorting mail, stretching, etc, and they help. I should just throw out the tv lol.

This is a tough one for most of us. I've done the same, tried to keep my hands busy coloring, shuffling cards or even popping bubble wrap. Hehe, that's my latest addiction.
