Is it okay to take your chewable bariatric multi vitamin at night?

K KarenWV Member Sep 23, 2021 #3 Because I split up taking my calcium citrate + D3, 2 in the a.m. & 2 in the early evening, I take my multivitamin in the mid-afternoon to make sure the iron doesn't interfere with the calcium absorption. This was advised by my bariatric team.
