My Two Wk. Follow-up Appt.

Went in and had my 1st post-op check-up today. All is fine and I have lost 14 lbs since my surgery two wks ago. 21 lbs total. And now I've been okay-ed to eat FOOD again. Boy am I ready! All in all a beautiful day!! Let the journey continue!!

Congratulations on your weight loss!!! Don't go overboard on the food though. I remember eating again and it was wonderful, even though I could barely eat 3 bites of anything *LOL* Wish I could still only eat 3 bites Anyway, just eat very slowly and wait a few minutes in between bites so you don't become nauseated. ENJOY!!!
