Need advice

I’m struggling this weekend. As an emotional eater with a dad in hospice it’s agonizing!!!
I’m sorry about your dad. I’m not as much of an emotional eater as I am someone who stops eating during times of heightened stress and anxiety, then when I finally decide to eat or get hungry I binge or eat stupid foods. But I’ve recognized this, and most of my triggers. I will have a protein shake or yogurt, maybe just a piece of toast. It’s not much, but it also is enough to get me to my next meal without going overboard. I wish I had more advice for you on this front. My dad passed in 2013, somewhat unexpectedly. I don’t know your relationship with your dad, but your relationship with food right now should be one of bringing health into your body. The more stressed and the worse we eat, the worse we feel. You have a lot going on right now, so try and take care of yourself.
