Need Some Support &Advice

In December 2023 I had gastric bypass. I did very well with loosing weight. Approximately 1 year ago I had to reintroduce some foods because my weight got a bit low (but ok) & I needed to stop the weight loss.

I was worried that adding in some foods and trying to gain a few pounds would make it hard to stop the weight gain. Unfortunately, I ended up gaining around 15 pounds (I'll have an exact amount after I weigh myself Tuesday) over the last year. About 7 of those pounds have been since later in September.

I know it's not a huge amount but, I want to stop it. I also would like to loose a few of the pounds I gained because I don't like how they look or feel on me and I don't like how some of my clothes feel.

Sugary things are not my issue in general because I only added in slight amounts of sugar in a couple of baked goods. I added too many carbs partly because they are easy to digest and partly because I like them. I added in splenda as a substitute in a couple of things and a couple of sugar free non-chocolate candies. Those definitely need to be cut again because I think they upped my cravings more.

I can't add in too much with veggies. They fo not digest well for me. I tend to do better with them in soups.

Knowing all this, I'm looking for some support. I'm also looking for advice besides tracking my food intake especially from others that had weight gain but got back on track.
